How do I search for a Zenify home?
Search from this page or the marketplace: by city, locality or society, BHK and budget, for rent or lease. Every search runs on the same Zenify marketplace inventory, with sample homes clearly labelled; there is no separate catalogue.
How are property visits arranged?
Visits are request-and-confirm. You send a visit request with times that suit you, Zenify checks the slot with the owner or our own team and confirms it back to you. A request is never auto-confirmed, and a Zenify representative meets you at the property.
Does Zenify charge tenants brokerage?
No. Zero brokerage means we never charge a brokerage fee. Applicable onboarding, documentation, processing, stamp duty and registration charges may still apply and are shared with you in writing before you commit.
How is property verification handled?
Homes published by Zenify are checked before they go live, and we work with owners or their authorised representatives. Verification status is shown on a home where applicable, and homes marked Zenify Managed are operated by our team end to end.
What happens during move-in?
Your agreement and documents are prepared and shared, and, where applicable, the inventory, condition of the home and handover are documented, so the tenancy starts from a written record both sides can refer back to.
How does maintenance work after I move in?
Raise the issue from My Zenify once you are signed in. Zenify reviews it, coordinates the action with you and keeps the status updated until it is completed, with a record of what happened.
What is the Tenant Credibility Score?
A structured tenancy reputation built from legitimate recorded tenancy signals inside Zenify: payment reliability, verified tenancy history, property care and tenure. It is explainable, evidence-led and specific to tenancy; it is not a lending or financial instrument and has nothing to do with loans.
