No. Zenify Homes does not charge tenants brokerage on Rent or Lease marketplace listings. Applicable onboarding, documentation or agreement-related charges, where relevant, are always shared with you in writing before you commit.
What does 'Zenify-managed' mean for a home I rent?
A Zenify Managed & Approved home has completed the applicable Zenify management onboarding and is supported by a structured property-operations process rather than an informal, one-off broker interaction.
Can property owners hand over day-to-day management to Zenify?
Yes. Owners can engage Zenify Homes to handle marketing, tenant screening, documentation, rent coordination, maintenance and renewals, so the property no longer needs to be a hands-on job.
Do you handle lease / low rent arrangements?
For eligible properties, we operate under lawful owner or company arrangements to offer lease and reduced-rent structures to customers. Terms are always property- and agreement-specific.
Do you work with commercial properties too?
Yes, we support businesses and commercial property owners with requirement understanding, shortlisting and leasing-related coordination, in addition to our residential services.
How do I book a site visit?
Site visits are arranged on a request-and-confirm basis so an owner or our team can be present. You can request a visit directly from any property listing.
