What does property management actually include?
Listing and leasing the property, coordinating enquiries and visits, tenant verification, the agreement and its documentation, move-in with inventory and meter readings recorded, maintenance coordination, inspections, rent and payment records, and the move-out. You approve chargeable work before it happens.
How are visits arranged?
You request a visit and the Zenify team reviews and confirms it with you. Nothing is booked automatically, and a request does not reserve the home.
How does maintenance work?
A request is raised, Zenify triages it, and anything chargeable waits for approval before work starts. Zenify coordinates the vendor, records evidence of the work and checks it before closing the request.
How is Lease different from rent?
A Lease home is taken on a larger refundable deposit with zero or a nominal monthly amount, for a longer term, under a documented agreement. The indicative terms, lock-in, notice period and refund structure are set out on the Lease page.
What can I see once Zenify manages my property?
Your owner portal shows the property's status, tenancies, agreements and documents, payment records, maintenance in progress and anything waiting on your approval.
Does Zenify charge brokerage?
No. Zenify never charges brokerage. Applicable onboarding, documentation, processing, stamp duty and registration charges may still apply and are shared with you in writing before you commit.
