₹30 for each approved, unique, verified residential To-Let board, plus one ₹500 bonus in any calendar month where more than 100 of your submissions are approved. Uploading a photo does not by itself earn anything.

1. 1Click & Earn runs only while Zenify shows the programme as active. Zenify may pause or close it at any time, and submissions made while it is not active do not earn a reward.
2. 2You must be signed in to a Zenify account to take part. Rewards are tied to that account and cannot be transferred to someone else.
3. 3Zenify pays ₹30 for each submission that is approved as a unique, eligible residential To-Let or For-Rent board.
4. 4Uploading a photo creates no entitlement on its own. A reward exists only after Zenify's review approves the submission.
5. 5The board must be a genuine residential rental opportunity in a city where Zenify is currently operating.
6. 6You must capture and submit the evidence yourself. Do not submit anything you know to be false, anything edited to mislead, anything taken from the internet, or anything copied from another participant.
7. 7Duplicate submissions do not earn a reward. Where two people submit the same board, the first valid submission by accepted submission time is the one considered for the reward, unless evidence shows it was fraudulent.
8. 8An opportunity that Zenify already holds (as an existing owner lead, property, or earlier submission) may be treated as a duplicate under Zenify's verification rules.
9. 9Broker advertisements and broker contacts are not eligible, unless Zenify explicitly changes the programme rules in a later version of these Terms.
10. 10A property that turns out to be no longer available may be rejected.
11. 11Zenify may ask you for more information to verify a submission, and may reject it if that information is not provided.
12. 12Only approved submissions earn ₹30. Submissions under review earn nothing until a decision is made.
13. 13If more than 100 of your submissions belonging to the same calendar month are approved (that is, from the 101st), you also earn a single ₹500 bonus for that month. The bonus is paid once per month and does not repeat for each further 100 boards. The month is decided by when you submitted, not by when Zenify reviewed.
14. 14Rejected, duplicate, invalid, fraudulent or withdrawn submissions earn nothing, and do not count towards the monthly bonus.
15. 15Rewards are subject to any tax, TDS and other legal requirements that apply.
16. 16Approved rewards are paid through Zenify's normal manual payout process. Zenify does not promise instant payment.
17. 17Zenify employees and contractors cannot take part in the public programme, unless an approved internal programme explicitly allows it.
18. 18Abuse, automation, mass copied submissions, impersonation or fraudulent evidence may result in rewards being cancelled and account access being restricted.
19. 19If Zenify changes the programme, the change applies from the date of a new version of these Terms. It does not change submissions you have already made.
20. 20The version of these Terms you accept when you submit is stored with your submission, so it is always clear which rules applied to it.

The version of these terms shown above is the version recorded against any submission you make while it is current. If Zenify publishes a newer version, it applies to submissions made from that point onward. It does not change the terms that applied to a submission you have already made.
